Terrain Café, inside Anthropologie & Co., at 7228 Woodmont Ave. in downtown Bethesda is reopening on Friday after being closed for a year.

Terrain, which first opened in 2018, closed temporarily during the summer of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The café’s parent company, URBN, had said the restaurant intended to reopen, but hadn’t previously given a date.

Larissa Crossley, a URBN spokeswoman, confirmed in an email to Bethesda Beat on Wednesday that Terrain is reopening on Friday. The hours will be 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, she wrote.

Robert Dyer reported on Terrain’s reopening plans Tuesday.
