Montgomery County issuing PPE kits in hard-hit neighborhoods

Montgomery County plans to issue some 4,000 coronavirus kits with personal protective equipment in parts of the county the virus has hit the hardest.

Kits will contain hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes, gloves, tissues, masks, non-contact thermometers and batteries. [WTOP]

Man sought for attempted food truck robbery in Silver Spring

Police have released a video of a man they said tried to rob a food truck in Montgomery County.

The attempted robbery happened Oct. 12 just before 5:45 p.m. in downtown Silver Spring. [WTOP]
