The Italian restaurant Gregorio’s Trattoria opened in The Shops at Sumner Place retail development in Bethesda on Monday.
Gregorio’s, which also has locations in Potomac and Reston, Va., serves classic Italian dishes such as lasagna, eggplant and chicken parmesan, and ravioli. There are also pork, beef and veal entrees, as well as pizzas.
Most items are between $15 and $25. Some of the more expensive items are closer to $30.
General Manager Chris Fargiano told Bethesda Beat in an interview Monday that the restaurant opened at 11 a.m. Monday for lunch service.
Fargiano said the Bethesda restaurant will have the same menu as the other two locations.
The restaurant will serve customers for dine-in service at 25% indoor capacity, in line with Montgomery County’s COVID-19 guidelines. Additionally, the restaurant will offer carryout, curbside pickup and contactless delivery, Fargiano said.
The Bethesda restaurant’s hours will be from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Fargiano said. The hours might change when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, he said.
