A new sushi restaurant expects to open at 13452 New Hampshire Ave. in the Colesville Center by the end of the month.
Ninja Sushi will have an expansive menu and will be one of only a few Japanese restaurants in that area, manager Li Yuling said.
The restaurant will have appetizers from the sushi bar, with pricing ranging from $8.25 to $11.95. There will be sushi entrees, served with choice of miso soup or salad, including the sushi regular ($19.95) and the sushi sashimi combo for 2 ($49.95).
Sushi and sashimi will also be available a la carte.
There will be 2- and 3-roll lunch specials for $9.95 and 12.95, respectively. Both come with a choice of rolls such as salmon, avocado and California roll, as well as a choice of miso soup or green salad.
The menu also includes udon and soba noodle soups, ramen and teriyaki dinner entrees.
Ninja Sushi will serve beer, wine and sake. The restaurant was approved for a liquor license by the Montgomery County Board of License Commissioners. The restaurant has passed its final inspection, Li said.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the restaurant might only be open for carryout at first, Li said.
She expects Ninja Sushi to employ 5 or 6 people.
