A Germantown man died Thursday after his motorcycle ran into the back of an SUV stopped on Woodfield Road in Gaithersburg, Montgomery County police said.
Gregory Anthony Davis Sr., 65, was traveling south around 4:42 p.m. Thursday when he ran into the back of a Honda SUV at Snouffer School Road, according to Capt. Tom Jordan, a police spokesman. Davis was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and died several hours later, he said.
The crash remains under investigation, police said.
