Germantown summer camp removes bus driver who drove through flooding

The Valley Mill Summer Camp bus was traveling over the Sandy Branch Creek bridge near Glenn Road when the driver was caught on camera traversing the flooded road. The camp is requiring drivers to take severe weather training in addition to removing the driver in question.  [WJLA]

Gerrymandering battle to return to state level

Following a U.S. Supreme Court decision finding courts couldn’t settle such disputes, the onus returns to states to fight politicized redistricting. The decision overturned findings in lower courts that congressional maps in Maryland were unconstitutional.  [Maryland Matters]

Police searching for missing Silver Spring teen

Dulce Salazar, 15, was last seen early Monday morning. Police described her as a 5-foot-2-inch, 140-pound Hispanic female. [ABC7]
