Tractor trailer fire snarls Beltway commute
A tractor trailer fire closed the right two lanes of the Inner Loop of the Beltway Monday morning, with delays expected through the morning commute.
The trailer was hauling fruit and the fire began around 5 a.m., according to authorities. Further information was not available Monday morning. [FOX5]
Car crashes into front of Rockville home
Nobody was injured when a car drove through the front of a Rockville townhouse on Sunday.
The homeowner says it was his wife behind the wheel when she lost control of the car and slammed into the porch. [WDVM]
Legal help offered to county residents hoping to expunge records
A Clean Slate Clinic, hosted by Montgomery County Council member Tom Hucker, will be held in Silver Spring to help people with criminal records have their records expunged. People who have been charged crimes such as littering, possessing drug paraphernalia or disturbing the peace can be eligible to have their criminal records expunged under a Maryland law passed in 2016.
