Thefts from vehicles
Money and property were taken from multiple vehicles between May 18 and 22. Thefts occurred on Deborah, Regency and Crestdale drives, Foxcrest Court, Ivymount Terrace, Cobble Creek Circle, Sour Cherry and Hialeah ways, and Fellowship Lane. No forced entry was reported.
Property and parts were taken from two vehicles during the reporting period. One theft occurred in the 100 block of Rollins Avenue and the other in the 5900 block of Montrose Road. Forced entry was reported in one event.
Power tools were taken from a vehicle in the 1100 block of Grandin Avenue between 7 p.m. May 23 and 5:50 a.m. May 24. Entry method was not known.
Vehicle theft
A vehicle was taken from the 7900 block of Ivymount Terrace between 8:30 p.m. May 19 and 8 a.m. May 20. Entry was not known, but a spare key was reportedly left inside the vehicle.
Residential burglary and theft from vehicle
Money and property were taken from a garage and vehicle in the 15500 block of Hallman Grove Court. No forced entry was reported. The garage door was reportedly left open and the vehicle unlocked.

Money, property and parts were taken from multiple vehicles during the reporting period. Thefts occurred on Oak Leaf, Dowling, Bridgewater, Creekside and Hampton Point drives, Old Columbia and Sandy Spring roads, Thistlewood and Sheffield Manor terraces, and Parallel Lane. Forced entry was reported in multiple events.
Property was taken from four vehicles between May 21 and 25. Thefts occurred on Georgia and Silver Spring avenues, and Fenwick Lane. Forced entry was reported in two events.
Money and vehicle parts were taken from multiple vehicles during the reporting period. Thefts occurred on Gilbert and Ruatan streets, Patton Drive, Bradford Road and Quebec Terrace. Forced entry was reported in multiple events.
Commercial burglary
Money was taken from Burger King at 15703 Columbia Pike the morning of May 21. No forced entry was reported, a door was reportedly left unlocked.
Strong-arm robberies
Two suspects assaulted an adult male and took his property near Spring Street and 1st Avenue at 9:19 a.m. May 21.
A suspect is believed to have committed strong-arm robberies in the 11600 block of Stewart Lane at 11:15 p.m. and in the 11200 block of Oak Leaf Drive at 11:47 p.m. May 21. Police have arrested the suspect.
Residential burglaries
Property was taken from a residence in the 8700 block of Cameron Street between noon May 15 and 7 p.m. May 22. No forced entry was reported.
Property was taken from a residence in the 10200 block of Colesville Road between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. May 16 and between 2 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. May 18. No forced entry was reported.
