Bullis School football coach charged with assault

The school placed Patrick Cilento, 41, of Potomac, on administrative leave after he allegedly shoved his wife on concrete steps. Cilento has coached the team for the past nine years and led them to four conference championships. [MC Media]

Water main break displaces several Gaithersburg families

No injuries were reported. The break occurred at around 7 p.m. in the 9600 block of Brassie Way in Montgomery Village, where building were damaged by the gushing water. [CBS Baltimore]

At least seven injured in Silver Spring crash

The collision happened around 11:15 p.m. Thursday on New Hampshire Avenue and Northampton Drive and involved seven vehicles. Two people sustained traumatic injuries. No fatalities were reported. [WTOP]
