Thefts from vehicles

Property was taken from three vehicles during the reporting period. Thefts occurred on Parkwood Drive, Dunnel Lane and South Park Avenue. Forced entry was reported in one event.

Commercial burglary

Property was taken from Terrain Café at 7228 Woodmont Ave. the morning of May 10. Forced entry was reported.

Residential burglaries

Property was taken from a residence in the 4100 block of Dresden Street between 8 a.m. May 9 and 8 a.m. May 10. No forced entry was reported, a door reportedly was left unlocked.

Property was taken from a residence in the 7400 block of Honeywell Lane between 7:35 a.m. and 4 p.m. May 10. No forced entry was reported, a door reportedly was left unlocked.

Rockville

Thefts from vehicles

Property was taken from four vehicles between May 8 and 9. Thefts occurred in the 17500 block of Black Rock Road and the 17600 block of Burdette Lane. No forced entry was reported.

Vehicle theft

A motorcycle was taken from a parking garage on Upper Rock Circle between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. May 7.

Burglary

Property was taken from the concession stand at Poolesville High School at 17501 W. Willard Road between May 10 and 11. Forced entry was reported.

Armed robbery

Two suspects took property from a woman in the 700 block of Fallsgrove Drive at 4:13 a.m. May 8. The suspects displayed weapons.

Silver Spring

Thefts from vehicles

Money and property were taken from three vehicles during the reporting period. Thefts occurred on Veterans Plaza, Cameron Street and Cherry Hill Road. Forced entry was reported in one event.

Money, property and vehicle parts were taken from multiple vehicles during the reporting period. Thefts occurred on Spencerville Road and Hampton Hollow, Parkford Manor and Shady Knoll drives.

Vehicle thefts

A vehicle was taken from the 2100 block of Hildarose Drive between 6:15 p.m. May 10 and 7:30 a.m. May 11. Entry was not known. The vehicle was recovered May 11.

A vehicle was taken from the 1000 block of Ruatan Street at 5:26 p.m. May 6. No forced entry was reported, the vehicle was reportedly left unlocked with the keys in the ignition.

Commercial armed robbery

Money was taken from the Exxon gas station at 8384 Colesville Road at 8:40 a.m. May 9. The suspect displayed a weapon.

Commercial burglary

Money was taken from United Capitol at 7900 Georgia Ave. at 5:33 a.m. May 10. Forced entry was reported.

Armed robberies

Three suspects assaulted an adult male and took his property near Colesville Road and Wayne Avenue at 5:46 p.m. May 10. One subject displayed a weapon. Police arrested two suspects.

A suspect took property from an adult male in the 14100 block of Castle Boulevard the morning of May 10. The suspect displayed a weapon.
