A Prince George’s County man who was seriously injured nearly two months ago in a collision in Silver Spring died on Saturday, county police announced Wednesday.
Augustina Okwadi, 71, of Beltsville, was a passenger in a car that was hit at Cherry Hill Road and Prosperity Drive at 3:43 p.m. March 4, police said.
Okwadi was riding in a Toyota sedan that was turning left onto Prosperity Drive and was struck by a Volvo SUV southbound on Cherry Hill Road, police said.
Both drivers also were injured.

A police spokesman said the collision remains under investigation and no charges have been filed.
