Property was taken from a vehicle in the 4900 block of Fairmont Avenue between 10:48 a.m. and 2 p.m. March 11. Forced entry was reported.
Money and property were taken from five vehicles between March 9 and 13. Thefts occurred on University Boulevard West, Ferndale Street, Counselman Road, Conestoga Way and Kentsdale Drive. No forced entry was reported.
Commercial burglaries
Money was taken from Remy Retail and Seneca Properties, at 4929 Bethesda Ave. between midnight March 3 and 10 a.m. March 11. Forced entry was not reported.
Vehicle theft
A vehicle was taken from the 4400 block of Chase Avenue between midnight and 8:40 a.m. March 16. No forced entry was reported, the vehicle was reportedly left unlocked.
Residential burglaries
Property was taken from a residence in the 7800 block of Hamilton Spring Road between 7:10 p.m. and 7:40 p.m. March 1. Forced entry was reported.
Property was taken from a garage and a vehicle at a residence in the 10100 block of Iron Gate Road between noon March 8 and noon March 11. No forced entry was reported, the garage door and vehicle were reportedly unlocked.

Thefts from vehicles
Property was taken from a vehicle in the 500 block of Pinewood Road between 9 p.m. March 10 and 7 a.m. March 11. No forced entry was reported, the vehicle was reportedly unlocked.
Money and property were taken from a vehicle in the 1800 block of Chapman Avenue between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. March 14. Entry was not known.
Strong-arm robbery
Three suspects assaulted a juvenile male and took his property near Heatherton and Coddle Harbor lanes at 6:09 p.m. March 16.
Silver Spring
Thefts from vehicles
Money and property were taken from multiple vehicles between March 11 and 16. Thefts occurred on 16th, Fenton and Cameron streets, Blair Mill Way, Greenock and Renfrew roads, and Rosswell and Ellsworth drives. Forced entry was reported in multiple events.
Property was taken from three vehicles during the reporting period. Two thefts occurred on Piney Branch Road and one in the 8800 block of Flower Avenue. Forced entry was reported in two events.
Commercial burglary
Money was taken from the Aroma Juice Cafe at 1305 Fenwick Lane between 6:20 p.m. March 13 and 8 a.m. March 14. Forced entry was reported.
Armed robbery
Two suspects took property from two juvenile males near Fenton Street and Ellsworth Drive at 8:30 p.m. March 16. Police arrested both suspects.
Strong-arm robberies
Three suspects took property from two juvenile males and assaulted them in separate incidents in the 14900 block of Old Columbia Pike on March 12.
Aggravated assault
A suspect displayed a weapon and assaulted an adult male in the 12400 block of Prosperity Drive at 8:25 p.m. March 12.
