Property owner Matan Cos. has decided to sell the Interstate 270 parcel after receiving ample interest. The golf entertainment venue is expected to open later this year, but the 11-acre property is expected to have a new owner by then. Matan Managing Partner Mark Matan said the parcel doesn’t match the rest of the company’s portfolio, which focuses largely on offices and industrial space. [Business Journal]
