Cash, property and vehicle parts were taken from two vehicles between Jan. 30 and Feb. 1. One theft occurred in the 8600 block of 16th Street and the other in the 8300 block of Grubb Road. Forced entry was reported.
Cash and property were taken from multiple vehicles between Jan. 25 and Jan. 30. Thefts occurred on Brewer House Road, Edson Park Place, Nicholson Lane, and Chapman Mill and Magic Mountain drives. No forced entry was reported.
Residential shed burglary
Property was taken from the shed of a residence in the 8500 block of Longfellow Place between 5 p.m. Jan. 14 and 3 p.m. Feb. 1. No forced entry was reported, the door was reportedly left unlocked.

Property was taken from a residence in the 5400 block of Roosevelt Street at 11:52 a.m. Jan. 29. Forced entry was reported.

Property was taken from a vehicle in the 1900 block of Dundee Road between 4:30 p.m. Jan. 30 and 2:25 p.m. Jan. 31. No forced entry was reported.

Cash was taken from Chuy’s restaurant at 12266 Rockville Pike between 12:30 a.m. and 6:15 a.m. Jan. 31. No forced entry was reported.

Cash, property and vehicle parts were taken from multiple vehicles during this reporting period. Thefts occurred on Colesville Road, Georgia, 2nd, Eastern and New Hampshire avenues, Cameron Street, Treetop Lane and White Oak Vista Drive. Forced entry was reported in multiple events.

A vehicle was taken from the 1500 block of Grace Church Road between 8:45 a.m. Jan. 27 and 5:45 a.m. Jan. 28. Entry was not known.
A vehicle was taken from the 9900 block of Georgia Avenue between 4:30 p.m. Jan. 27 and 8:41 a.m. Jan. 28. No forced entry was reported. The victim reported her keys missing.
A vehicle was taken from the 1400 block of Stateside Drive at 9:09 a.m. Jan. 28. No forced entry was reported, the keys were reportedly left in the ignition.

A suspect took a female victim’s cash and property in the 8500 block of Fenton Street at 3:43 p.m. Jan. 29.
Merchandise was taken from the Sprint cellphone store at 8501 Fenton St. the morning of Feb. 2. Forced entry was reported.
Commercial armed robbery
Cash and property were taken from Eastern Carryout at 8555 Piney Branch Road at 9:44 p.m. Jan. 29. The suspect displayed a weapon.
