Montgomery County Police crime scene investigators found five suicide notes stacked on top of Tyler Tessier’s bunk bed in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Clarksburg. Tessier, who was charged with killing his girlfriend Laura Wallen in 2017, hanged himself and was found dead Sept. 6, 2018, hours before his murder trial was set to begin. [WTOP]

Maryland Democrats call for unity after State off the Union
