The Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation will continue supporting the Maryland Tech Council Venture Mentoring Services program. Construction company inks deal with Chevy Chase real estate trust

Swedish company Skanska has agreed to develop what will likely be an office building in the District with Chevy Chase group JBG Smith Properties Inc. Files via the D.C. Recorder of Deeds put the price tag at $95.9 million. [Biz Journal]
