Residential burglary and theft from vehicle
Property taken from a garage and vehicle at the same residence in the 4900 block of Bayard Boulevard between 3:30 p.m. Jan. 2 and 5:30 a.m. Jan. 3. No forced entry reported. The vehicle reportedly left unlocked and police believe the suspect used the garage door opener in the vehicle to enter the garage.
Strong-arm robbery
Two suspects took a female victim’s property in the 7100 block of Democracy Boulevard at 3:33 p.m. Jan. 2. One suspect assaulted the victim. Both suspects arrested.

Property taken from a residence in the 14700 block of Mockingbird Drive between 11 a.m. Dec. 29 and 10:45 a.m. Jan. 1. No forced entry reported, a door was reportedly left unlocked.
