Man alleged to have paid MS-13 to have sex with teenager sentenced to 15 years in prison
Feliz Silva Zuniga was sentenced to 15 years in prison Wednesday after being found guilty of child pornography and rape in Montgomery County Circuit Court. The charges stem from an alleged incident in which Zuniga met a 14-year-old girl in a Wheaton restaurant, paid the gang MS-13 to have sex with her and then videotaped the incident. [Fox 5]
