Councilmember urges nonprofits to assist federal employees

Montgomery County Councilmember Evan Glass is preparing social service providers to support federal employees who may soon be without a paycheck. “What I’m doing is proactively getting ahead of any adverse economic effects that are really going to ripple through the D.C. region,” Glass said.  [WTOP]
