Wheaton construction worker accused of raping and impregnating teenager

Montgomery County police are investigating allegations that Francisco Mendoza, 31, raped a 17-year-old girl four times in May while he was working on a home on Medway Street in Wheaton, causing her to become pregnant. Mendoza has been charged with second-degree rape and sex abuse of a minor. According to the police report, Mendoza was a friend of the girl’s stepfather. [Fox 5]

Rockville used car dealer under investigation for selling car that failed inspection
