Montgomery County police are looking for a man who allegedly took photos underneath a woman’s dress at a Marshalls store on Rockville Pike.
The peeping Tom incident allegedly occurred last month, and police publicized the account and released a surveillance photograph of the man on Monday.
A woman was shopping at the Marshalls at 12051 Rockville Pike at about 1:45 p.m. April 26 when another woman approached her and told her she saw a man using a cell phone to take photos under the first woman’s dress. The first woman then confronted the man and he fled the store, according to police.
Police have asked anyone with information about the man or the incident to call 240-773-6084 or leave an anonymous tip at 240-773-6084 for a reward of up to $10,000 if information leads to an arrest or indictment.
