Niyaz—Friday night—The Music Center at Strathmore, North Bethesda
Vocalist Azam Ali and multiinstrumentalist Loga Ramin Torkian perform as Niyaz. Their multimedia show includes advanced projection and immersive light and sound. They’ll be playing in the Music Center.

Ann Wilson—Saturday night—The Fillmore, Silver Spring
Ann Wilson, the lead singer of the classic rock band Heart, will visit Silver Spring as part of her latest tour. She’s set to play hits from Heart as well as songs from her solo career. The concert is this year’s Rock and Roll for Children Foundation’s bash, with proceeds going to the Children’s Inn at the National Institutes of Health.
Tickets are $125 to $400. The event runs from 6:30 to 11 p.m.
Montgomery County brewery tour—Saturday—Gaithersburg and Rockville
A bus will provide a tour of some of the county’s breweries on Saturday. The bus sets off at 11:45 a.m., then visits Saints Row in Rockville, Brookeville Beer Farm in Brookeville (north of Olney), Waredaca and 7 Locks before a 5:30 p.m. drop-off.

Sleeping Beauty—Saturday and Sunday—F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre, Rockville
The Rockville Civic Ballet is performing Sleeping Beauty this weekend at the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre. The classic fairytale is set to the music of Tchaikovsky.
Tickets are $13 to $17. Shows are at 2 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday. The Sunday show is sold out.
Omar Sosa & Seckou Keita—Sunday night—AMP by Strathmore, North Bethesda
Omar Sosa is a pianist from Cuba and Seckou Keita is a Senegalese kora master and singer, and together they play music that blends Latin American and West African styles. They’ll be joined by percussionist Gustavo Ovalles.
Tickets are $30 to $40 for the 8 p.m. show.
