On Thursday the board is scheduled to hold a facilities and boundaries work session. Superintendent Jack Smith plans to present his recommendations for amendments to the fiscal 2019 capital budget and the six-year fiscal 2019 to 2024 capital improvement plan at the work session. That meeting begins at 5 p.m. at the school board headquarters at 850 Hungerford Drive in Rockville.
