In response to snowfall Monday night and Tuesday morning, which left about 3 inches of snow in Bethesda, several restaurants in the downtown area are adjusting their hours.
Blacks Bar & Kitchen is closed for lunch today, while newly opened Alatri Bros. is opening late at 4 p.m. and adjacent Gringos & Mariachi’s will open at 4:30 p.m. Persimmon opened at noon rather than 11 a.m.
A manager at Olazzo said the restaurant planned to open at normal time before noon but may open slightly later, and staff at Booeymonger said the sandwich spot may close early, though it hasn’t yet been decided.
Other restaurants—including Tastee Diner, Lousiana Kitchen & Bayou Bar, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, Woodmont Grill, Bold Bite, Jaleo, Tyber Bierhaus and American Tap Room—will remain open during their normal business hours.
Cabin John restaurants Sal's Italian Kitchen and Wild Tomato both opened at noon instead of 11 a.m.
CLOSED for lunch today.
We'll update you on happy hour & dinner ASAP!!#BethesdaMD #SnowDAY
