Missing Bethesda Man Found Dead

Matthew Barry had been reported missing Feb. 3

Police onTuesday found the body of Matthew Barry in Bethesda.

Barry, 23, who had been reported missing Feb. 3, lived in North Bethesda. Police do not suspect foul play at this time, according to a press release.

Officers and rescue personnel responded to a call for an unresponsive man in a vehicle at 1:24 p.m. Tuesday. The car was parked in a parking lot at 10644 Weymouth St., according to the press release. First responders found the man dead on the scene. He was later identified as Barry.

Detectives from the Major Crimes Division of the Montgomery County Police are investigating the death. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
