Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who allegedly burglarized the Reliance Funding office building on Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda earlier this month.
Police say the man entered the building after a cleaning crew member opened the front door for him on July 7. A surveillance video released by police Wednesday shows the man, wearing a Hawaiian shirt, talking on a cell phone while appearing to wave to someone inside the building through the front door.
Once inside, the man had access to offices and police are continuing to investigate to determine what was stolen. The building is at 6900 Wisconsin Ave.
Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call police at 240-773-6710.
