Montgomery County police on Thursday released surveillance camera footage from a May burglary at a Bethesda martial arts facility in order to seek the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
Police said officers responded to the GAMMA Martial Arts Academy at 4833 Bethesda Ave. just after noon May 5 after receiving a report of a burglary from an employee arriving to open the studio.
Police said the suspect forced open one of the front doors to the business and took four Dell tablet devices.
The surveillance camera footage released Thursday comes from a neighboring business and shows the suspect leaving the GAMMA Martial Arts Academy at about 10:19 p.m. May 4, police said.
Police are asking anyone who recognizes the suspect to contact the department’s 2nd District Investigative Section at 240-773-6710. Tipsters can remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest or indictment in this case.
