Thefts from vehicles
Property and cash were taken from vehicles on North Brook, York, Battery and Wilson lanes, McLean, Bradmoor and Rayland drives, and Overhill, Maple Ridge and Glenbrook roads during the early morning hours of Feb. 17. Police did not report signs of forced entry.
Rockville
Diamond ring reported stolen
A person reported a diamond ring was taken from a residence in the 500 block of Thomas Dairy Way shortly after contractors had been working in the residence Feb. 19 and 20, according to Rockville police.
Cash and suitcase stolen from residence on Simmons Drive
Someone gained entry to a residence in the 1200 block of Simmons Drive between 3 and 11:30 p.m. Feb. 18 using a key left in an unsecured mailbox. Once inside, the person took a set of keys and cash, according to Rockville police.
Wedding bands, license plate stolen
Two wedding bands and a license plate were reported stolen from an apartment in the unit block of Upper Rock Circle sometime between Feb. 17 and 21.
Arrest made in aggravated assault
A 34-year-old man was arrested in an aggravated assault in the 400 block of Lincoln Street around 11 a.m. Feb. 20.

Dunkin’ Donuts burglarized on Tuckerman Lane
Someone broke into Dunkin’ Donuts at 7739 Tuckerman Lane and took cash during the early morning hours of Feb. 23.
Chevy Chase
Thefts from vehicles
Property and cash were taken from vehicles that showed signs of forced entry on Kirkside Drive, Glendale Road and Grafton, Delfield, Thornapple, Taylor and Aspen streets between Feb. 17 and 19.
Downtown Silver Spring
Commercial burglary at psychology office
Someone broke into and took property from Re-New Psychological Services at 8501 Colesville Road between 9 p.m. Feb. 16 and 7:45 a.m. Feb. 17.
