Gov. Hogan claims legislation is redistributing transportation funding to Montgomery County in 2016

Gov. Larry Hogan issued a press release with two pie charts Tuesday purportedly showing how the Hogan administration would allocate transportation funding compared to a bill being pushed by the leadership in the General Assembly.
