MoCo Restaurant Week, which kicked off Friday night and was scheduled to run through Jan. 31, has been extended to Sunday, Feb. 7, because of the weekend’s snowstorm.
“Most of the participating restaurants were closed over the weekend and most people couldn’t get out to go to the few that were open,” said Steve Hull, editor and publisher of Bethesda Magazine, which is presenting MoCo Restaurant Week. “After consulting with restaurant owners, we decided to add another week so that area residents have the opportunity to go to as many of the restaurants as possible.”
During MoCo Restaurant Week, the 43 participating restaurants are offering a prix fixe menu—two lunch courses for $18 and three dinner courses for $36. Restaurants in Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Gaithersburg, North Bethesda, Potomac, Rockville, Silver Spring and Upper Northwest D.C. are participating.
The MoCo Restaurant Week webpage has a list of the restaurants, their menus and links to make reservations.
