A white van exiting I-495 toward River Road left the roadway, struck a tree and overturned, injuring one person Thursday afternoon.
County fire department spokesman Pete Piringer reported the incident happened around 12:45 p.m. and only the van was involved in the collision.
The driver was able to get out of the vehicle on their own and paramedics evaluated the person at the scene. Piringer reported the individual suffered only minor injuries.
