Van Hollen Calls on SHA to improve safety after pedestrian deaths

Rep. Chris Van Hollen asked Gregory Johnson, administrator of the State Highway Administration, to “remedy dangers to pedestrians” on River Road and Route 29, where two pedestrians were killed within 12 hours last week.
