Greenwich Forest
Developer Morris Cafritz and architect and resident Alvin Aubinoe intended Greenwich Forest in Bethesda to look like an English village and chose a neighborhood name reflecting their intentions. Preserving the neighborhood's trees was a priority as homes were built.
