Four Local Real Estate Teams on List of Nation’s Top Sellers

The Wydler Brothers ranked highest of Bethesda-area teams at 25th

Four Bethesda-area real estate teams have made a list of the top 250 teams in the country.

The list, compiled by industry news outlet Real Trends and advertised in The Wall Street Journal, is based on the sales volume of the teams.

The Wydler Brothers Team, which is based in Bethesda and McLean, was ranked 25^th with more than $222 million in sales last year, followed by Upper Northwest D.C.-based The Fleisher Group at 28^th ($211 million); Bethesda’s The Banner Team at 116^th ($115 million); and Bethesda’s The Jane Fairweather Team at 150^th ($103 million).

The Wydler Brothers, The Fleisher Group and The Banner Team are all part of Long & Foster. The Jane Fairweather Team is affiliated with Coldwell Banker.

Howard County-based The Creig Northrop Team, which has a significant presence in Montgomery County, was 4^th in the country with $511 million in sales. The Creig Northrop team is part of Long & Foster.
