A memorial gathering will take place tonight at Thomas S. Wootton High School in Rockville in remembrance of two recent Wootton graduates who were killed in a collision Thursday night in North Potomac.
The gathering to honor Alex Murk and Calvin Li will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight in the school's auditorium, according to Wootton’s website.
Funeral services have also been scheduled for Murk and Li.
Murk’s wake and visitation hours are scheduled from 3 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Home, 7557 Wisconsin Ave., Bethesda.
Li’s wake will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring. A memorial service for Li will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. July 5 at the Chinese Bible Church of Maryland, 4414 Muncaster Mill Road, Rockville, according to the Wootton website.
