Montgomery County police have charged a Waldorf man with sexually assaulting a woman with learning disabilities at her Rockville home.

Police believe Ryan Matthew Giddings, 23, first met the woman through an online dating website. After Giddings and the woman exchanged online and text messages, they agreed to meet at her Rockville home, according to police.

During the February meeting, police say Giddings sexually assaulted the woman and then stole her tablet computer.

Police described the woman as a vulnerable adult with cognitive learning disabilities.
