Noyes Library To Close For 2 Weeks — The Noyes Library for Young Children (10237 Carroll Place) will close from April 21-May 5 as workers repaint the building’s exterior and remove lead-based paint found on the structure. The building dates back to 1892 and is the oldest public library in the D.C. area. Programs scheduled at Noyes during its closing will be held at Kensington Park Library (4201 Knowles Avenue). Wynne Case Could Be Decided This Week — The Wynne case, a suit brought by a Howard County couple about out-of-state tax credits, could cost Montgomery County $115 million and another $24 million annually if the Supreme Court decides in the couple’s favor. [Washington Post]

Presidential Primary Could Be Moved Back Two Weeks — Lawmakers last week voted to move back next year’s presidential primary three weeks to April 26, 2016. Lawmakers said they made the move so early voting wouldn’t conflict with the Easter holiday. [Baltimore Sun]

Apple Watch Not For Sale At Bethesda Store — Those who want a look at the new Apple Watch Edition can get one at the Bethesda Row Apple store (4860 Bethesda Avenue). A demo is on display. But to buy the watch, which costs $10,000-$17,000, you’ll have to head to the Apple retail stores in Georgetown or Tysons Corner and schedule an appointment. [Washingtonian]
