The Bethesda Urban Partnership’s red shirt-clad “Ask Me” team has some new digs.
The Partnership on Wednesday placed new information kiosks at three spots around downtown Bethesda. The kiosks are “more easily recognizable, more durable and reflect downtown Bethesda’s branding,” according to an announcement.
At those kiosks will be the “Ask Me” employees, put in place to kindly provide visitors and residents with parking locations, directions to restaurants and stores and information on Metro and the Bethesda Circulator.
The new kiosks were put in place at Veterans Park in Woodmont Triangle, at the Bethesda Metro Plaza and in front of the Barnes & Noble at Bethesda Row. Each kiosks contain information on retailers, restaurants, arts and entertainment venues and upcoming events.
The “Ask Me” team will staff the kiosks and continue to roam around downtown from 1:30 p.m.-10 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and from 11:30 a.m.-8 p.m. on Sunday.
