Police say the man pictured in surveillance video from a Bethesda Safeway used a cloned credit card at the store and are asking for the public’s help to identify him.

Police say a woman was notified of fraud activity on her credit card on Feb. 12. At the time she had possession of the card and didn’t know how it was being used, police said.

Detectives determined the credit card was cloned and used at the Bethesda grocery store. Anyone with information about the man is being asked to call police at 240-773-6726.
