Williams-Sonoma will replace Tara Thai and Parker’s on Bethesda Row.
The kitchen and homes goods store will move into the restaurants’ former space at 4824 and 4828 Bethesda Avenue, according to local news website Bethesda Now. No opening date has been finalized for the store, according to the report, but demolition permits for the spaces have been granted by the county.
Federal Realty, the owners of Bethesda Row, said at the beginning of March that leases for Tara Thai and Parker’s were up and that the restaurants would be leaving.
Katie Crowley, a manager for Parker’s, said the restaurant plans to find a new location, but restaurant employees said last week they still haven’t determined where that will be.
