Montgomery County Police say the three suspects in this video were likely involved in the assault and robbery of a Bethesda man who was walking his dog.
Police said two of the three suspects walked up to the 58-year-old victim at about 6:15 p.m. on Feb. 26 on Linden Avenue in the Maplewood-Alta Vista neighborhood.
The two black male suspects assaulted the man, stole his wallet and phone, then got into a black sedan possibly being driven by a third man pictured above, police said.
The victim suffered bruises and cuts and was treated at the scene of the robbery by emergency medical personnel.
Police determined that the victim’s stolen credit cards were used a few hours later in Largo and Greenbelt stores. The video surveillance police released Monday is from those stores.
