UPDATE: Missing Rockville Woman Found Safe and Unharmed

Update – 2:30 p.m. March 16 – Police announced Monday that missing Rockville woman, Erin Carter, has been located safe and unharmed.

Original report – 9 a.m. March 13 – Montgomery County police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing Rockville woman who was last seen around 4:20 p.m. Monday in the area of the iPic Theaters in North Bethesda.

Erin Carter, 20, of the 12900 block of Twinbrook Parkway, was reported missing Thursday evening, according to police, who said her family is concerned about her well-being.

A police spokeswoman said Friday morning Carter’s whereabouts remain unknown.

Police described Carter as a black woman who is about 5 feet tall and 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
