Updated 2:05 p.m. on Monday, March 16 — Montgomery County Police say they have located a missing Rockville woman safe and unharmed.
Police asked for help finding Erin Carter last week. She was last seen near the iPic Theater at Pike & Rose at about 4:20 p.m. Monday. She was reported missing last Wednesday evening.
