Bethesda’s Edgemoor neighborhood tops the list of 10 local neighborhoods where houses sold for the most in 2015. The average sales price in Edgemoor was $3.21 million.
Overall, the list consisted of four neighborhoods each from Chevy Chase and Potomac, and two from Bethesda.
The top 10 ranking was drawn from a list showing the average sales price and other data in more than 400 Bethesda-area neighborhoods in the March/April issue of Bethesda Magazine.
