Police Blotter: Bethesda Teens Arrested in Burglary

Four Bethesda teens arrested in residential burglary

Four Bethesda young men, ages 16, 17, 17 and 18, were arrested in a residential burglary in the 8600 block of Melwood Road around 6:20 p.m. Sept. 1.

Two arrested in Bethesda assault

Two men, a 34-year-old from Hyattsville and a 26-year-old from Olney, were arrested in an assault during the early morning hours of Sept. 14 in the 7900 block of Norfolk Avenue.

Seven vehicles burglarized on Democracy Boulevard

Laptops, clothing, cash and other loose items were taken from seven vehicles in the 7100 block of Democracy Boulevard sometime between 11 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Sept. 14.

Residential burglary on South Park Avenue

Property was taken in a residential burglary in the 4400 block of South Park Avenue sometime between Sept. 8 and 15.

North Bethesda

Five Guys Burglarized

The Five Guys restaurant at 12238 Rockville Pike was burglarized sometime between 10 p.m. Sept. 14 and 10 a.m. Sept. 15. Property was taken, but no signs of forced entry were reported.

Seven vehicles burglarized in White Flint area

Small items including backpacks, laptops and cell phones were taken from seven vehicles in the area of Parklawn Drive, Old Georgetown Road and Woodglen Drive between Sept. 8 and 16.

Potomac

Residential burglary on Hunting Horn Lane

Someone forced their way into a residence in the 9100 block of Hunting Horn Lane and took property sometime between Sept. 11 and 15.

Rockville

Attempted burglary at office building

Someone forced their way into an office building at 11426 Rockville Pike sometime the night of Sept. 12, but nothing was reported stolen.
