Liberty Day in Normandy – Friday – The Embassy of France

DC-based blues band and local favorite, The Nighthawks, takes to Dawson’s Market Stage in downtown Rockville for the latest free Friday Night Live concert. The show begins at 6:30 p.m. and concludes at 9:30.
Dance Night with BroadSound – Friday – Bethesda Jazz and Supper Club
The 10-piece band that has performed for sitting presidents and with jazz and blues legends like Ray Charles and Aretha Franklin perform at the Bethesda Jazz and Supper Club (7719 Wisconsin Ave., Bethesda) on Ladies Night. Admission costs $1 for women and bottles of win are half price. Purchase tickets online to be sure to get a table or buy them at the door. The show begins at 8 p.m.
The New Deal – Saturday – The Fillmore Silver Spring
The Toronto-based electronic group performs with two openers at The Fillmore Silver Spring (8656 Colesville Rd., Silver Spring) at 9 p.m. Tickets are $22 for general admission and available online.
Garden Bastille Day Celebration – Sunday – Ritz Carlton Georgetown
Celebrate the French Revolution at the Ritz Carlton Georgetown’s garden (3100 South Street, NW, Washington, D.C.). For $20 (tickets available online; $30 at the door) enjoy champagne tasting, live music and cake served by Marie Antoinette herself. The party starts at 7 p.m.
