On Saturday, Bethesda went to the dogs on Norfolk Avenue for Strut Your Mutt.
The 9th Annual Strut Your Mutt – Bethesda was put on by the Bethesda Chevy Chase Rotary Club in partnership with DC Actors For Animals. It was a beautiful spring day and a great time to be a dog in Bethesda.
