Developers announced Monday that Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids have signed on to open stores at the Lot 31 Development near Bethesda Row.

Chop’t, a fast-casual salad chain, and Paul Bakery, a French baked goods franchise, are among the other retail tenants announced for the project, which is under construction at the corner of Woodmont and Bethesda Avenue.

Pottery Barn will lease a total of 17,900 square feet for its two stores. The new retail will be part of the 370,000-square-foot development that also includes The Darcy, a 64-unit condo building, and The Flats, a 162-unit apartment building. The developers, StonebridgeCarras and PN Hoffman, expect to open the project in the spring of 2015.

“The vision for the project’s retail has been to provide a great mix of merchandise and restaurant retailers, enhancing the existing dynamic and vibrant Bethesda Row area of Bethesda,” Doug Firstenberg, founding principal of StonebridgeCarras, said in a press release.
