Rain and cold may have kept away the ice-cream lovers, but others still came out to celebrate the grand opening of Bethesda's new Dunkin' Donuts on Monday. The national coffee chain opened its new location at 4905 Cordell Avenue Saturday, March 29. The location also includes Baskin-Robbins ice cream.
