This event marked the 40th Anniversary of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Public Safety Awards Luncheon (PSA) and was held on March 14 in the grand ballroom of the Bethesda North Marriott.
The celebration included a reception for leaders of 5 Montgomery County Public Safety agencies, businesses, award winners and their families.
